Job duties include:

• Working the front desk at the spa approximately 30 hours/week. This includes greeting guests, scheduling appointments, product sales and creating a guest experience where everyone feels like the guest of honor
• Inventory ordering and management
• Processing payroll
• Staffing, training and managing front desk team
• Assisting with hiring, scheduling and managing licensed technicians
• Learning about skin care and nail products and services
• Being an expert in our scheduling software
• Running errands
• Coordinating appreciations and celebrations for team members and guests
• Bringing the owner’s ideas and vision to fruition

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $52,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
