Job Summary:
We are seeking a Client Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Manage client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Coordinate client appointments and maintain schedules
- Assist with event planning and execution
- Perform order entry, file maintenance, proofreading, and transcription tasks
- Handle front desk duties including greeting clients and visitors
- Provide administrative support to the team as needed
Requirements:
- Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Experience in event planning is a plus
- Ability to computerize data accurately and efficiently
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Previous experience in order entry, filing, proofreading, and transcription
- Knowledge of front desk operations
- Proven administrative skills
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist is advantageous
