Dental Receptionist

Duties:

- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments using the phone system
- Manage patient records and update information as necessary
- Verify insurance coverage and assist patients with insurance-related inquiries
- Collect payments and process billing for dental services
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Experience:

- Previous experience working in a dental office is a must
- Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle patient inquiries and concerns
- Proficient in using phone systems and computer software for scheduling and record keeping
