Job Description

Intermediate consulting position operating independently with some assistance and guidance to provide quality work products to a project team or customer that comply with Oracle methodologies and practices.

Performs standard duties and tasks with some variation to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer specifications.

Standard assignments are accomplished without assistance by exercising independent judgment, within defined policies and processes, to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately sophisticated customer engagements.

2-5 years of overall experience in relevant functional or technical roles. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.

Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients.

Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

As an Oracle Cerner CommunityWorks Pharmacy Consultant, you will work with a team to deliver the best possible outcome for our clients! You will advise our clients on service line Pharmacy workflows and coach clients on data collection and system design requirements, while also identifying gaps and resolving design questions by facilitating client meetings.

In this role, you will also test and perform client-specific configurations, provide on-site troubleshooting support, mitigate solution risk and issues, and complete workflow and process improvement strategies.

Basic Qualifications

At least 4 years total combined higher education and related work experience

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Excel

Expectations

Willing to travel up to 50-80% as needed

Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations

Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of the position

Perform other responsibilities as assigned

Paid time off : Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position.

Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment.

Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave : 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
