As Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, managing, executing, and delivering products for large and complex projects through a defined stage gate process. Key responsibilities include creating objectives and managing cost, time and scope to ensure critical business objectives are met. The Project Manager will coordinate the efforts of multifunctional team members and third-party contractors or consultants ensuring the projects remain on schedule and deliverables are met. This is a position with operational impact.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for overall delivery (planning, implementing, controlling and reporting) of the project on schedule within scope and budget and with quality to satisfy customer expectations and internal metrics.
  • Create and maintain Project Schedule/Project Plan. Clearly define resource task/activities, key milestones and measurable deliverables for all areas. Identify, manage and communicate all dependencies (internal/external, upstream/downstream, resource, client, 3rd party, etc.)
  • Serves as the first point of contact for project members; facilitates the escalation process and informs the next level of management (as needed)
  • Develops and maintains good working relationships with all persons and groups associated with the project. This includes but not limited to Product Management, Engineering, Manufacturing and Purchasing
  • Manages and controls project risks and issues, and provide a disciplined and strategic approach to defining solutions that can be delivered to project stakeholders
  • Monitors the project for changes to the mutually approved scope.
  • Conducts regular team meetings to quantify progress, identify risks and issues and assess/communicate the impact
  • Create and distribute status reports to key stakeholders

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is required. Engineering, Project Management, or Business degrees are preferred.
  • 2-5 years of Project Management experience: leading project plans, schedules, resource plans, defining deliverables and tracking milestones
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.

  • Ability to handle changing priorities, manage multiple tasks and work within tight timeframes and deadlines
