Job Overview:

As a Junior Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for assisting with the implementation and maintenance of compliance programs to ensure adherence to FDA regulations, HIPAA, Medicare, and other relevant healthcare regulations. Duties:
- Assist in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas of non-compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Monitor changes in regulations and update internal policies accordingly
- Provide training and education to staff on compliance-related topics
- Assist in the investigation of compliance issues and recommend corrective actions
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to compliance activities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field preferred
- Knowledge of FDA regulations, HIPAA, Medicare, and other relevant healthcare regulations
- Familiarity with coding systems such as ICD-10 and ICD-9
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

- Healthcare experience required.
