- Support our property managers with innovative sales programs targeting local businesses and trade groups.

- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, manage our online presence, and ensure our reputation shines online and offline.

- Dive into data to monitor and track campaign results, turning insights into action to meet our sales goals.

- Foster relationships with lenders, investors, and prospective hires through targeted LinkedIn campaigns.

- Craft content that speaks to our residents and team, aiming to create a superior customer experience and showcase property performance metrics.

**Your Impact:**

- Drive guest experiences to achieve a Google review score of 4.5 and high lease renewal rates.

- Maintain economic occupancy at or above 95% across our properties.

- Meet or exceed Net Operating Income targets, contributing to our company's success.
