Optus is Hiring an Onsite Telecom Field Technician Near Jonesboro, AR

Knowledge of wireless, VOIP, Unified Communication, SIP Trunks, AVST UM8700 voicemail, GNAV, MA4000, QWorx and Call Center Worx is required.
Basic troubleshooting of headsets, handsets, and all telephone-related parts is required.
Working knowledge of larger NEC systems, such as the SV9500, or other large OEMs is preferred.
Although NEC experience is preferred, experience with Avaya or Cisco may be acceptable.
Technical certification or experience working with PBX and Key Systems is preferred.
Valcom paging experience is preferred.
Capable of interfacing with the customer and providing exceptional service.
Must be a team player with a positive attitude, able to demonstrate excellent customer service, have strong verbal communication skills, a keen attention to detail and great organizational habit.
