Were looking for top Call Center Sales Representatives to add to our highly successful Call Center. We are a leader in the window & bath industry, and we are looking for the BEST to join and grow with our organization. The Call Center Sales Rep is a full or part-time position responsible for obtaining and scheduling the sales call for the project and reports to the Call Center Manager.

Responsibilities Meet or exceed incentive-based goals by converting inbound and outbound customer phone calls to appointments by using the company-prescribed script and methodology Actively make outbound phone calls to sell the value of scheduling an in-home consultation with a goal of converting the call to an appointment with our Design Consultant Intermittently field inbound phone calls to schedule appointments Navigate in multiple web-based computer systems while scheduling appointments and fielding/conducting phone calls Meet regularly with coaches and direct Supervisor to provide and receive feedback on job performance. Qualifications Call Center sales experience preferred, but not required (any sales background is beneficial) Self-motivation and results orientation A healthy sense of competitiontempered by an equally strong sense of teamwork Self-motivated to achieve goals around number of calls and appointments scheduled Able to work non-traditional hours as needed (evenings and weekends) Ability to work in the Tempe, AZ office required Ability to work successfully in a professional work environment while adhering to job and customer expectations.
