Stepping Out by Options Residential is looking for Float Direct Support Professionals for our Hastings, MN location! We provide services to individuals with Prader-Willi Syndrome in a group home setting.

We are looking for a Weekend Float and a Weekday Float. Floats should have open availability to work any shift (including overnight) during weekends or weekdays. Employees working weekend day shifts will be required to do longer walks/runs with our clients in their physical fitness programs (30-60 minutes)

All group homes are in the Hastings area in about a 1-mile radius. No long drive times or traffic to deal with if needed to cover shifts at two sites on the same day!

PART TIME/FULLTIME/WEEKEND HOURS
Wage: $19.00 / hr (Asleep overnight shifts are paid at $11.00/hr for sleep time)

Hours Available: Part time Weekend Float (Any shift Friday evening through Sunday overnight), Full time Weekday Float (Any shift Monday-Friday)

Minimum Qualifications:

• 18 years of age or older
• 1 year direct support professional experience preferred
• Open availability to work shifts
• Willingness to do personal cares (dressing, bathing/showering, toileting) with clients
• Ability to pass a background check
• Valid US driver’s license and willingness to drive residents to appointments
• Basic computer skills
