Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as Office Personnel. As an Office Personnel, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing administrative support to various departments.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, sending reminder emails, filing
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Maintain and update office files and records
- Provide excellent customer service to clients
- Assist with office management tasks, such as maintaining office supplies and equipment
