We are looking for an Internet Sales Manager to monitor online leads and assist in building a book of business. The Internet Sales Manager is responsible for online lead management, digital marketing outreach, customer relationship management, and sales process management. This person must be comfortable on the phone, highly customer centric and able to work ON-SITE Mon-Sun 8-5, Days off Mon/Tue or Wed/Thurs

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond promptly to online inquiries via email, chat, and other digital channels.
• Engage with potential clients to gather information
• Provide accurate and detailed information about the listing process
• Guide clients towards suitable options and preferences
• Collaborate with the service department to ensure units are properly managed
• Maintain a database of client interactions and follow-up activities to ensure timely and consistent communication.
• Nurture leads over time, staying in touch with potential buyers and providing updates on new promotions and opportunities
• Coordinate with Advisors to seamlessly transition online leads into the dealership for unit tours and final purchase negotiations.
• Assist in completing paperwork and documentation for transactions.
• Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
• Provide regular reports to management on the effectiveness of online sales strategies and initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in automotive sales, digital marketing, or customer service is preferred.
• Strong understanding of various digital platforms and online communication tools.
• Proficiency in client management
• Valid driver's license.
