Job Opening: Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) at Optimum Performance Institute
Location: Woodland Hills, CA
Shift: Monday through Friday 9:00am -5:30pm
Rate: RN $45:00 - $48.00 per hour LVN $28.00 - $38.00 per hour

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality clinical care and support to residents.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and record residents' vital signs and medical information.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to plan and evaluate treatment strategies.
- Offer education and support to residents and their families regarding treatment plans and health maintenance.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional standards and guidelines.
- Participate in the development of health care plans.
- Assist in emergency nursing procedures necessary for prompt control of changes in resident's physical condition.
- Perform routine nursing care to assigned residents, while ensuring the safety and effectiveness of the environment.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Current California RN or LVN license in good standing.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a mental health setting preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of nursing best practices.
- CPR certification required.
