Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Rehabilitation to join our team. As the Director of Rehabilitation, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the rehabilitation department in a healthcare setting. Your expertise in healthcare management, fiscal management, and human resources will be crucial in ensuring the delivery of high-quality rehabilitation services.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of the rehabilitation department
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of rehabilitation professionals
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the department, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care for patients
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of rehabilitation services provided
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in rehabilitation services
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and professional growth

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare management or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical management or hospital administration
- Strong knowledge of medical office management, managed care, and fiscal management
- Familiarity with human resources practices and regulations
- Proficiency in medical terminology and understanding of healthcare billing processes
- Excellent budgeting and financial management skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
