Optimum Affordable Management is Hiring a Property Manager Near Newark, NJ

```Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee the operations of our properties. The Property Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of property leasing, maintenance, and customer relationships. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Duties:
- Manage all aspects of property leasing, including advertising available units, conducting property tours, screening potential tenants, and preparing lease agreements
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, ensuring that all work is completed in a timely manner and within budget
- Oversee office operations, including managing files, maintaining records, and handling administrative tasks
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts for property services
- Address tenant concerns and resolve conflicts in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain positive customer relationships through effective communication and exceptional customer service
- Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track work orders and ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks
- Ensure compliance with all legal requirements related to property management

- Past experience with lease up we are really looking for a rock star manager for this property.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in property management or a related field
- Strong knowledge of property leasing processes and procedures
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to effectively manage conflicts and resolve issues
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships
- Proficient in using office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office)
- Familiarity with legal administrative processes related to property management
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Proficient with multifamily software such as rent manager.
