We are looking to add a new Technician Team Member to our growing Service & Maintenance Team.. Currently we have a great team of technicians, but the demand for our services continue to grow. We operate with a core set of values that guides our daily activities and helps us find solutions.

As a technician you would need to complete maintenance tasks on units at the home of our customers. This position requires the use of digital devices and following detailed processes to complete & document the service provided. Experience & technical training is appreciated, but these can be provided for those who have the aptitude to learn more about the units.

Honest open communication, coupled with a desire to help the customer, and the initiative to tackle obstacles on site always leads to our team's success.

Basic Responsibilities

• Uphold our core set of values, which include "the truth makes us win" and "no surprises".
• Carry out proper maintenance and service procedures, reporting all required information in the appropriate manner.
• Communicate with all assigned customers before beginning, sometimes during, and after completing the job assigned.
• Maintain proper care of all assigned tools, equipment and assigned vehicle.
• Daily coordination with the office to achieve company goals.
• Responsibility to complete daily work tasks assigned.
• Carry Out Proper Diagnostic Procedures and completed needed repairs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
