Job Summary:

We're seeking a dynamic Medical Surgical RN to join our Gainesville, FL team. In this role, you'll provide compassionate care to adults with renal vascular conditions. Responsibilities include collecting comprehensive patient data, advocating for patients within our collaborative team, analyzing assessment data to make diagnoses, identifying expected outcomes, and ensuring patient safety, as well as educating patients and families about medications and treatments.

• Shifts: Days 7a – 7p, Nights 7p – 7a
• Unit Size: 45 beds
• Competitive salary based on experience
• Sign-on bonus: $15,000

Qualifications

• Florida RN licensure (or eligibility)
• Nursing Diploma or ASN (BSN preferred)
• 1 year of RN experience in Acute Care (preferred)
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification (obtained within 30 days of employment)
• NIH Stroke Scale certification (obtained within 30 days of employment)
• COVID-19 vaccination in line with local, state, and federal regulations (unless a medical or religious exemption is approved)
