Compensation Insight:
Pay: $29/hr-$47/hr
Sign-on Bonus: $20,000
Experience & Pay Scale:
2 years: $29/hr
5 years: $32/hr
10 years: $36/hr
17 years (MAX): $40/hr
Sign-on Bonus: $20k (2-year commitment)
Relocation Assistance: $2.5k to $5k (For candidates residing 100 miles away)
Shift Differentials:
Nights: $4.25/hr
Weekends: $3/hr

Active RN License in Florida (or ability to obtain)
Nursing Diploma or ASN; BSN preferred
Minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience - Open to any background
BLS certification (American Heart Association)
NIH Stroke Scale certification within 30 days of employment
