Position Overview

We are looking for driven, capable Receiving Associate to support our company’s warehouse operations.

You will review, investigate, and resolve all discrepancies and damages related to receiving and processing material utilizing resources and systems available.

Main Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Receiving Clerk, you may be responsible for the following activities in accordance with your role:

• Reviewing and correcting receiving discrepancies.
• Assisting in Acquiring Packing Lists from Buyers in a timely fashion.
• Resolving Receiving Shortage/Overage Issues.
• Take ownership of mis-shipments, freight damage, freight claims, customer returns, vendor returns, and scrap Orders per company policies and procedures.
• Resolve Vendor Invoice Discrepancies.
• Assist in inventory discrepancy resolution.
• Participate in cleaning equipment and facility.
• Receiving and processing material in times of high volume.
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor/Manager as needed.

Skills and Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2-5 years relevant experience required;fast-paced, high-volumewarehouse/distribution center setting preferred.
• Ability to read, understand and maintain records as required.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
• Forklift experience preferred/will train.
• Good basic math skills.
• Basic computer skills required; MS (Outlook, Teams, Excel) experience preferred.
