POSITION SUMMARY :
Sales and Warranty Administrator must have experience in specialty vehicles, customer service, and dealer support. You are characterized by excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude are qualities the ideal candidate must possess.
The goal is to ensure our sales and warranty organization provides world class service in a safe and efficient manner that exceeds our customers' expectations.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS :
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Correctly and efficiently keying in sales orders, releasing product, follow up with sales and customers.
- Assist in the resolution of order processing problems by working as the liaison person between sales management and the customer.
- Work closely with Sales manager to make efficient procedures in line with company policies for entire sales department.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
- Overseeing warranty claims and ensuring they are resolved quickly and efficiently
- Communicating with customers and dealerships to resolve issues
- Maintaining accurate records of warranty claims and their resolution
- Preparing and processing warranty documentation according to manufacturer guidelines
- Continuously improve through feedback
- Go above and beyond for each and every customer.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Customer service skills to listen to the concerns of a customer and be able to address their needs.
- Interpersonal skills to work with a wide variety of people each day, build relationships and network.
- Confidence and strong self-assuredness to succeed in cold-calling customers and making a sale.
- No drug or alcohol related driving incidents in the last 3 years
- Previous experience in a start-up environment a plus.
