Optim Medical Center - Tattnall is seeking a full time Outpatient Registration Clerk for our Reidsville, GA location.

Job Requirements:

• Responsible for registering patients daily in a fast paced environment.
• Responsible for providing hospitality services to patients, families, guests and caregivers.
• Greets/escorts, provides concierge services and experience navigation.
• Responsible for maintaining a welcoming environment in the entrance and waiting areas
• Provides a positive and helpful demeanor while working with patients, visitors and staff.
• Provides information and way-finding services.
• Administers the patient/family/guest visitation policy.
• Provides documentation of complaints to Administration.
• Participates in departmental customer service/performance improvement programs.
