ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Demonstrate our five core values (Safety, Others, Integrity, Initiative, and Passion)
- Review application reports and submit for invoicing
- Update revenue stream
- Schedule and route jobs
- Build calendar for work group
- Perform assessments for team members
- Review tailgate briefing meetings
- Review dashboard/driving data
- Review jobs for external associated costs and communicate to sales
- Track licenses and certifications for team members
- Attend weekly safety meeting
- Monitor checklists for team members in UKG.
- Review and approve field work orders (FWOs)
- Implement kickoff meetings and tracking of projects
- Communicate with management on progress and production
- Address any corrective actions, both verbal and written
- Make follow-up calls to customers regarding quality and invoicing
- Complete jobsite inspections and reviews
- Employee assessments and quarterly reviews
- Equipment and fleet health and maintenance
- Perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license.
- 2 years of management experience.
- Herbicide License.
- In-depth knowledge of the vegetation management industry or similar fields.
- Strong in decision-making and problem-solving.
- Team player with a growth mindset.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must have the ability to get a DOT medical card.
- Must have the ability to work in changing conditions, heat, cold, and uneven terrain.
- Must have the ability to lift objects up to 75 lbs.
- Must have the ability to travel (depending on office footprint)
- Must attend safety and L-10 meetings.
