Optec Displays Inc. is Hiring a Territory Sales Representative (AZ, NM) Near Phoenix, AZ
- Acting as a point of contact: You’ll be the main liaison for existing and potential customers within your assigned territory.
- Identifying local business opportunities and challenges: You’ll assess the market landscape and strategize accordingly.
- Reporting on regional sales results: Regularly track and analyze sales performance on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in a field-based role.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to quickly build rapport.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets within a quota-driven environment.
- Ability to consistently travel weekly up to 75% within your assigned territory. Home every Monday morning for planning and follow-ups and back every Friday for office day.
- Understanding of CRM systems for effective sales pipeline management.
- Valid driver’s license required.
