Maintenance Tech Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Tech to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in general maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting. The Maintenance Tech will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment and facilities are in good working order and that any issues are addressed in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and facilities
- Identify and troubleshoot issues with equipment and facilities
- Perform repairs as needed
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs
- Ensure that all safety protocols are followed
- Assist with the installation of new equipment and facilities
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in general maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours as needed
