Housekeeping/Floor Care Job Description

Location: Dearborn Heights - 26001 Ford Rd., Dearborn Heights, MI, 48127

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Housekeeping/Floor Care staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our facility. The Housekeeping/Floor Care staff will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning tasks, including but not limited to:

• Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
• Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors.
• Dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures
• Emptying trash and recycling bins
• Restocking supplies in restrooms and common areas
• Performing other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Prior experience in housekeeping or janitorial services
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
