Optalis Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as Director of Nursing (DON) for our New Albany Care Center. In this role, you will manage, direct and lead the nursing department to ensure residents receive appropriate care and are enabled to attain their optimum level of functioning. Ensures that the center remains in compliance with all organizational policies, local, state and federal regulations.
