Optalis Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a ClinicalManager for New Albany Care Center, OH. Work in our beautiful facility located at New Albany!

The Clinical Manager oversees the care management of a population of patients within an assigned area, unit or clinical function. The position conducts the nursing process – assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. The ideal candidate will have PCC knowledge, be detail oriented, and hold a valid RN/LPN license.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage the nursing staff on the designated unit.
Ensure that all residents receive high-quality care and services.
Develop and implement care plans for residents.
Monitor and maintain accurate medical records.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for residents.
Provide ongoing education and training to staff members.
Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.

PCC knowledge preferred.
Detail oriented.
Valid RN/LPN license required.

Management or supervising experience of a year preferred.
Experience in AL setting will be add-on.
