OpSource has partnered with a valued market leader in providing HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) conduit solutions company located in Clinton, SC.
The production associate performs the duties needed to produce HDPE Conduit. HDPE is a flexible, strong plastic and is installed along highways or roads and in buildings.
Pay for the position :
$19 / hr
Shift for the position :
2nd Shift : 4pm-12am
Job requirements for the position may include :
- Check print on the pipe on each line that the employee is responsible for.
- Visual inspection of the pipe being produced.
- Match footage on the pipe with the Job Order.
- Keep the area clean of debris.
- Assist leadsman and foreman with tying down reels and getting the next reel started.
Qualifications for the position :
- High school diploma or GED a plus, but not required.
- Able to read or learn to read a Tape measure.
- Able to work 10-12 hour shifts and some Saturdays if needed
- Able to read and interpret a Work Order.
- Have prior production experience.
To be considered for this position, a person must be able to competently perform production functions, which are all physical and may require standing for an entire shift, as well as repeated bending, lifting, twisting, and stretching.
Additional responsibilities include housekeeping and adherence to health and safety standards.
