Duties/Responsibilities
- Ensure quality control by following companys mission I.C.A.R.E. (Integrity, Consistency, Accountability, Respect, Empowerment)
- Ensure that production equipment, tools and machinery are functional at all times and report any malfunctions to appropriate personnel promplty.
- Communicate issues to appropriate personnel regarding material and machinery to ensure quality control and efficiency of production work.
- Ensure that production work is performed by following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and job safety analysis.
- Possible operation of forklift to maintain production flow.
- Ensure that work areas are clean and maintained at all times so that safety of production workers is maintained..
- Ensure that end products conform to quality and quantity standards of the company.
- Make sure that sufficient supplies are available for all production lines..
- Maintain production/downtime logs
- Ability to stand for 12 hours
- Ability to work in hot and cold environments
- Ability to lift up 50lbs continuously throughout shift
