OpSource Staffing is Hiring a 2nd Shift Press Break Operator (Train on 1st) Near Greenville, SC
Pay for the position:
- $18.00 - $20.00/hour depending on shift and experience.
Shifts for the position:
- 1st shift: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM Monday – Friday, Saturday overtime as needed. (Training hours)
- 2nd shift: 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM Monday – Friday, Saturday overtime as needed.
Job requirements for the position may include:
- Set-up and operate machinery, assuring that the first piece is correct prior to presentation to QA for approval.
- Saw the material to size and perform in process checks to assure control.
- Operate precision equipment – Operators will need to know why machines are not at peak performance, or producing quality parts, and how to increase output/fix errors. Being off by millimeters could be a critical error.
Qualifications for the position:
- Ability to read shop drawings and tape measure.
- Ability to life 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills for time clock and inventory control.
