Penobscot Community Health Care is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join the Hope House Health and Living Center in Bangor, Maine. This is a unique opportunity to join a well-established primary care practice with emphasis on providing outstanding integrated health care for those experiencing homelessness in our region. The practice offers a full-range of primary health care services including mental health, recovery treatment and medication assisted treatment. Must have completed the required 24-month supervision period to be considered.
