Summary of Position:
Ensure customer satisfaction through the timely and accurate processing of sales orders.
Essential Duties:
• Member of the DayMark Fairview Operations and Fulfillment Team.
• Assemble customer orders as assigned by the Order Fulfillment Coordinator or Distribution Center Supervisor.
• Perform quality checks on all orders direct to end user being routed via parcel as assigned by the Distribution Center Coordinator.
• Prep parcels for submission to Clipper Ship.
• Generate packing slips for orders that have been quality checked.
• Communicate questions, product needs and issues to Order Fulfillment Coordinator.
• Submit data on team errors to Order Fulfillment Coordinator when assigned to a computer.
• Participate in inventory counts maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
• Ensure stock rotation and cleanliness of assigned warehouse area.
• To remain vigilant for/safeguard against sanitation, pest control and contamination concerns.
• It is the responsibility of all team members to ensure product integrity. Product should be monitored for signs of contamination or quality defect and issues segregated and reported.
• It is the responsibility of all team members to ensure process integrity. Potential sources of contamination or impacts to performance or quality should be reported promptly.
• Any other duties assigned by the Distribution Center Supervisor or Order Fulfillment Coordinator.

Training and Experience:
• High school diploma or GED.
Physical Requirements:
• Climbing – ascending and descending
• Stooping, crouching, reaching, standing, walking
• Pushing, pulling and using push cart,
• lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds constantly to move objects
• Fingering, grasping and feeling including checking for smoothness in shrink wrap.
• Talking, hearing and repetitive motion
• Required to have visual acuity to determine the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned or to make general observations of facilities or structures.
• Subject to hazards including a variety of physical conditions, such as proximity to moving mechanical parts, moving vehicles, electrical current, and climbing.
