The Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for IT infrastructure-based tasks. These tasks may range from leading technical support functions or efforts to larger engineering projects, or production support tasks. The Technical Support Engineer will be accountable for providing leadership within technical support while assisting infrastructure technology groups with the health, uptime, and documentation, of Tier 3 infrastructure and/or applications. In addition, as an active technology team member, the incumbent will be responsible for providing support for assigned infrastructure platforms, systems, and applications for their given technology groups. The Technical Support Engineer will work under the guidance of the Manager, End User Computing, or other senior team technology members.
