Job Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership in Demand Generation:

  • Develop and oversee the implementation of a comprehensive demand generation strategy that aligns with the company’s growth targets and market positioning.
  • Lead market research and analysis to identify opportunities for expansion and optimize marketing strategies for different hyperscaler channels.

Advanced Campaign Management:

  • Conceptualize and execute high-impact marketing campaigns in collaboration with the Marketing team that drive lead generation and customer acquisition.
  • Enhance campaign effectiveness through sophisticated targeting, personalized content, and advanced analytics.

Sales and Marketing Alignment:

  • Ensure tight alignment between the demand generation strategies and sales goals, fostering a collaborative environment between marketing and sales teams.
  • Regularly review and adjust strategies based on sales feedback and market dynamics to maximize

ROI on all initiatives.

  • Executive Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with hyperscaler partners, industry influencers, and key stakeholders.
  • Represent the company at high-level industry events, conferences, and hyperscaler engagements, enhancing brand visibility and credibility.

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Lead, mentor, and scale the demand generation team, setting clear performance metrics and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Identify skill gaps and organize training programs to enhance team capabilities in line with evolving market demands.

Performance Analytics and Reporting:

  • Implement advanced analytics to track campaign performance, market penetration, and lead generation metrics.
  • Provide executive leadership with regular reports, insights, and strategic recommendations based on data-driven analysis.

Education requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
