Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find a Accounts Payable Clerk in Pflugerville, TX. In this fast-paced role, you will be responsible for assisting customers in settling their accounts and processing payments.

What you’ll be responsible for :
- Inbound / Outbound call handling with customers
- Receive, process, and verify invoices
- Authorize and schedule payments to vendors
- Maintain accurate records of transactions
- Manage vendor relationships (resolve disputes and ensure timely payments)
What you’ll need :
- 1 years of recent data entry
- Accounts Payable experience is a PLUS
- Must have demonstrated proficiency with MS Outlook and Excel
- Great Plains software experience is a plus
- High School Diploma or GED required
