We're Looking For:

The Post Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for ensuring proper support and development of Finance Operation as defined/required by Corporate, Management and Customers. Primary responsibilities will include: ad hoc finance metric reporting, maintenance of car goups, sales rules, payment methods, and fees, tracking, communication, and follow-up for finance operations to assure proper SOX compliance.

This position will work closely with the Finance Operations Managers, PM’s, and PO’s to ensure that projects are properly prioritized and documented for development and implemented. Reports directly to the Sr. Manager, Post Sale Operations.

You Will:

  • Assist with program changes and enhancements through monitoring each project through to completion ensuring that progress is properly documented throughout the process.

  • Conduct periodic reviews of project status and reach out to business owners for possible reprioritization. Works closely with the Business to ensure all items are properly documented and tested.

  • Works closely with compliance to ensure that all finalized documentation is accounted for and available centrally. Specifically related to fees, documentation, and approvals.

  • Assist other finance teams in assessing bugs and enhancement requests including verifying issue exists and gathering steps and requirements needed for tickets.

  • Assist other finance teams by researching and problem-solving issues and determining solutions.

  • Assist with end-to-end UAT for both US and Canada.

  • Provide Ad Hoc reporting for Titles, AR/AP, and Floorplans. Assists management with all reporting needs. Including daily, weekly, and monthly matric reporting using SQL, DOMO, and Salesforce. Creation of SQL Queries.

  • Perform other duties as directed by Department Director which may include special projects etc.

  • Monitor Private Label incentives for time of sale and month end. Provide reporting to Revenue for cross verification of SAP postings.

  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, supervisors, and vendors along with a high degree of customer service orientation.

Must Have's:

  • Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, business requirements (issues) in written form and perform the function of liaison between the post-sale teams and Business.

  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to prioritize, multi-task, effectively manage projects and maintain flexibility in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to work independently with proven problem solving and decision-making skills.

  • Intermediate to advanced level of spreadsheet and Word knowledge with the ability to put together a concise PowerPoint and/or Presentations.

  • Knowledge of V1 and ADO, SQL, Salesforce, DOMO

  • Three (3) or more years relevant experience is required
