We are looking to hire a Leader for our Consumer Growth org to define the roadmap as it relates to Opendoor’s top-of-funnel, product re-engagement, partnerships, and platform products. You will lead an industry-defining, fast-paced, and high-impact team that is responsible for growing Opendoor’s customer base over the years to come. If you’re successful in this role, you’ll have built an engine for acquisition and retention for both buyers and sellers that continues to deliver our products to the right customer at the right time to help them make a seamless move. The role is a great fit for growth experts who have managed other growth PMs before and defined holistic growth vision and strategy.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $204,800 - $307,200 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
