Key Tasks:

1. Conduct routine cleaning tasks in office areas, warehouses, and shop floors including sweeping, mopping, and dusting.

2. Operate industrial cleaning equipment, such as floor scrubbers and vacuums.

3. Collect and dispose of waste, ensuring that recycling and general waste are properly separated.

4. Sanitize restrooms, replenishing supplies as needed.

5. Perform periodic deep cleaning tasks, such as carpet shampooing or pressure washing.

6. Monitor and reorder cleaning supplies and equipment as necessary.

7. Report and attend to minor maintenance issues, like changing light bulbs or fixing leaks.

Responsibilities:

1. Adhere to health and safety cleaning standards and regulations.

2. Ensure secure storage of cleaning agents and equipment.

3. Promptly report any major maintenance or hazard concerns to the management.

4. Assist in setting up spaces for meetings or events, arranging chairs or tables as needed.

5. Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, conducting periodic checks.

6. Work cohesively with other staff members to ensure minimal disruption during cleaning.

7. Be responsive to special cleaning requests or emergencies that might arise.

Work Activities:

1. Regularly assess the cleanliness and maintenance needs of the facility.

2. Engage in physically demanding tasks, like lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods.

3. Prioritize cleaning tasks based on urgency and importance.

4. Attend training sessions or workshops related to cleaning methods and safety protocols.

5. Ensure safe disposal of waste materials, including potential hazardous substances.

Technology Skills:

1. Basic familiarity with industrial cleaning machinery operations.

2. Understanding of environmentally-friendly cleaning technology and products.
