Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in improving the quality of life for our clients by assisting with daily activities and ensuring their comfort and well-being.

Duties:
- Provide personal care services such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Assist with mobility and transfers, including using proper lifting techniques
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
- Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes or concerns to the appropriate personnel
- Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Help with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and tidying up living areas
- Support individuals with behavioral management techniques as needed
- Accompany clients to appointments or social activities as required

Experience:
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with senior care or assisted living is a plus
- Knowledge of first aid procedures is beneficial
- Ability to lift and assist with transfers is necessary
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Compassionate, patient, and understanding demeanor

Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client transportation needs
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Successful completion of background check and drug screening
