Job Summary:

We are currently seeking an Architectural Designer to join our expanding Cincinnati based team. The candidate must demonstrate the leadership necessary manage their work independently. The Architectural Project Coordinator will work under the direction of the Senior Architect and Project Manager to develop drawing packages for multiple project types and scales. The successful candidate must have the drive to jump into complex technical problems and will not be afraid to work outside of their comfort zone to help our clients. They will take ownership of their work and have a sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Take the lead on setting up Revit or AutoCAD databases for new projects.
• Translate marked up drawings to Revit or CAD.
• Develop floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, and sections.
• Develop finish schedules and select finishes.
• Develop door and hardware schedules.
• Develop architectural details.
• Maintain graphical standards.
• Adhere to the project schedule set by the client and interna project team.
• Perform quality reviews of their own drawings as part of a broader QA/QC process.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Strong Revit skills
• 1 to 3 years’ experience in Architectural Design.
• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or similar discipline.
• Experience with the creation of construction documents.
