Are you an ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER with 3-8 years experience?
DO YOU ENJOY THE FOLLOWING?
- Planning: Creating initial design drafts & submitting them for approval
- Researching: Meeting with clients to discuss their vision and understand their requirements
- Designing: Creating technical specifications, 2D and 3D models, and photorealistic renderings
- Managing: Managing projects, estimating project costs, and directing other workers
- Communicating: Collaborating with colleagues and clients, and providing guidance on objectives and concepts
- Adjusting: Making adjustments or corrections to designs based on client feedback
- Ensuring compliance: Ensuring designs meet rigorous requirements, including safety standards and governmental regulations
