Open and Affordable Dental Lafayette is Hiring a Front Desk Receptionist Near Lafayette, CO

Open and Affordable Dental Lafayette is looking for a front office for immediate hire.

Our mission statement:

We consider ourselves the hardest working, most efficient, and most caring dental team. We are constantly improving, striving to create the perfect patient experience and dental office environment.

Experience preferred but not required:

  • 1-2 years of previous dental front office experience
  • Dental practice management software (Eagle soft) experience helpful

The position is 24-36 hours per week. 3 days/Week. Starting hours would be Mondays and Tuesdays with alternating Saturdays during the onboarding process. Then Switching into Thursday, Friday, and alternating Wednesdays and Saturdays.

Office hours are: Mon-Sat. 7:30AM-7:30PM

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

· Friendly.

· Capable of multitasking.

· Team player.

· Punctual and reliable.

· Bilingual a plus*

Will work 3 12-hour shifts per week including some Saturdays.

Must be available to work:

  • Wednesday
  • Thursday
  • Friday
  • Saturday

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
  • Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
  • Verify Dental Insurance
  • Process payments; Cash, Credit & Care Credit
