Overview:
We are seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at Boulder Neurology and Concussion. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent customer service skills. This position offers the opportunity to manage front desk operations for a busy Concussion Practice.
Duties:
- Manage all incoming calls and scheduling all appointments for Dr. Allison Gray.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently such as electronically organizing incoming faxes, and referrals.
- Provide administrative support such as emailing, communicating with referral sources, and scheduling patients accordingly.
- Coordinate with Medical Assistant and Practice Manager and Dr. Allison Gray, MD to ensure all tasks are being completed and communicated.
Experience:
- Proven experience in Front desk coordination or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in data entry and clerical tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with customer service principles
