Position Description
In this position, you will be responsible for providing HR services to 10-15 nursing homes across Missouri and Indiana. The position reports to the Sr. HR Manager and will focus on onboarding and orientation, staffing and recruitment, performance management, employee retention, and regulatory compliance. The position requires frequent travel locally to support the HR functions in assigned facilities.
Principal Responsibilities
Follows, interprets, and enforces HR/Payroll policies and processes as regulated by governing agencies.
Ensures onboarding and orientation practices are followed, including but not limited to, general and on-the-job training.
In collaboration with regional consultants, ensures interdepartmental and departmental meetings are completed timely.
Acts as the facility Grievance Officer and partners with the Sr. Human Resources to respond to all concerns.
Ensures all supervisors are trained in and implement The Company policies and procedures including, but not limited to, Personnel Policy Manual, Policy & Procedure, and Employee Handbook.

Qualifications
Healthcare experience in long-term care is required.
Human Resources or related certificate required.
5 years of relevant Human Resource experience, preferably experience supporting clinical and administrative operations.
Human resources experience traveling to support multiple job-sites.
Ability to manage competing priorities and ensure timely follow-through with excellent attention to detail.
