Location: Decatur, Texas (On-site)

What We're Looking For

  • Passionate Leaders: If you're passionate about quality control, thrive on leading and mentoring, and have the ability to drive process optimization, you're the leader we're looking for.
  • Innovators and Problem-Solvers: Bring your critical thinking skills to the table. Identify opportunities for improvement and actively contribute to making our processes more efficient.
  • Effective Communicators: Communication is key. If you excel at conveying complex quality standards, generating comprehensive reports, and keeping production teams informed, we want you on our team.

Relevant Experience

  • NDT Level II Highly Desired (but not required)
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience (recommended). OR:
  • Extensive experience in quality control within a manufacturing or plating environment. OR:
  • In-depth knowledge of advanced inspection techniques and NDT processes. OR:
  • Experiences in an auditing role, ensuring processes and operations conform to industry standards.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
