About the Role

Join OSP as our Operations Manager, where you'll lead the charge in shaping and optimizing our operational processes. This pivotal role offers you the chance to pioneer resource management, talent development, and continuous improvement within our growing enterprise.

Establish and Optimize Procedures: Take the lead in establishing and optimizing operational procedures to ensure seamless processes. As Operations Manager, you'll play a key role in developing and refining procedures to drive efficiency and excellence.

Optimize Resource Allocation: Drive optimal resource allocation strategies to maximize operational success. Your leadership will be crucial in managing and allocating resources effectively to support OSP's overarching goals.

Champion Continuous Improvement: Lead the charge in driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. Your innovative mindset and problem-solving skills will be instrumental in identifying opportunities for enhancement and implementing impactful changes.

Foster Talent Development: Lead talent development efforts and cultivate a high-performing team culture. As an inspirational leader, you'll be instrumental in talent discovery, nurturing team members, and fostering an environment conducive to growth and success.

Relevant Experiences

• Proven experience in aerospace manufacturing or related industries. OR:

Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
