Qualification Requirements: Four (4) years’ experience as a SWE, in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.Qualification Requirements: Public Key Enabling (PKE). RESTful services and containers (Oracle WebLogic, JBoss, Tomcat). Java programming language. Perl programing language. Java EE. Secure web (SSL) and file encryption.
