SharePoint Developer

Overview
Onyx Point has a great opportunity for a Sharepoint Developer who will focus on the development,
customization, and integration of SharePoint solutions. Additional experience involving ServiceNow a
bonus. This role requires strong technical and analysis skills to enhance business operations.
Key Responsibilities
● Develop, modify, and maintain Office 365 SharePoint Online and Microsoft Power Platform.
● Design, develop, and manage site content and capabilities using SharePoint tools like Power
Automate, Power Platform Canvas Apps, and SharePoint Framework.
● Ensure the migration from SharePoint Classic to Modern experiences.
● Design and implement business intelligence dashboards using Power BI.
Collaboration and Support Functions
● Work closely with business analysts to understand end-user needs into functional applications.
● Manage the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) from scope definition to deployment.
● Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure compliance with organizational objectives.
● Serve as a SharePoint Site Administrator and provide support for troubleshooting platform.
● Ensure compliance with data security and protection policies.
Qualifications
● Proven experience in SharePoint development and administration.
● Understanding of front-end technologies including CSS, HTML, jQuery, JavaScript, and JSON.
● Experience with Microsoft Azure and Power Apps.
● Relevant certifications in SharePoint, or related fields are preferred with ServiceNow a plus.
● Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
Additional Skills & Experience
● Experience with Entra ID / LDAP / Active Directory / SSO implementation.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
ServiceNow Integration
● Develop and configure Service Catalogs and custom applications within ServiceNow.
● Implement ITSM solutions using industry best practices.
● Integrate ServiceNow features such as Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Service Portal.
● Handle REST and SOAP-based integrations, including scripted REST and SOAP APIs.
