Job Description: As a Food Trailer Manager at MMP, you'll be at the heart of our operation, ensuring our 16' x 8' trailer runs smoothly while serving mouthwatering dishes. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

• Transporting the food trailer to exciting destinations within the Golden Triangle.

• Managing water, sewage, and propane levels to keep things running seamlessly.

• Providing top-notch customer service with a friendly smile.

• Offering operational support to our fantastic team.

• Keeping inventory in check to ensure we're always ready to serve.

• Handling transactions efficiently and accurately.

• Being a team player, stepping in where needed.

• Cooking skills are preferred but not required.

• Some Travel Required.

Qualifications:

• A passion for customer service

• Previous restaurant experience.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems for cash handling.

• Basic math skills for calculating sales totals and making change.

• Strong communication skills.

• Flexibility to work in a dynamic food truck environment.

• Valid driver's license

• Previous to tow the trailer (training provided if needed).

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
