Job Opportunity: Real Estate Transaction Coordinator

As the Real Estate Transaction Coordinator, you'll be the backbone of our operations, ensuring smooth transactions from contract to close. Here's what the position entails:

Team Collaboration:

• Attend in-person team meetings to stay connected and informed.
• Collaborate with agents and the marketing director on various projects as assigned.

Transaction Management:

• Handle all tasks associated with accepted offers from pending to close, including post-close duties like removing lockboxes and collecting marketing items from listings.
• Maintain databases in Top Producer and Command for efficient organization.
• Provide monthly updates on new construction or other assigned topics at team meetings.
• Update the Operations Manual as needed for Transaction Coordinator tasks.

Administrative Duties:

• Provide weekly database names to agents for the quarterly touch system.
• Order office supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain the profit and loss statement for Onward Realty Partners.
• Manage the sales spreadsheet and sales board in the office.

Career Development:

• Meet quarterly with the team leader to discuss progress and the overall position.
• Provide one referral lead to the team per year to contribute to the team's success.

Flexible Work Environment:

• Minimum 15 hours per week in-office, with the rest of the time flexible for location and completion of tasks.
• Availability preferred between 9 am to 5 pm during the week for most tasks.
• Tasks must be completed within 24 hours of an accepted offer or when due.
